Dates: April 13-17, 2026
Location: Düsseldorf Exhibition Center, Germany
From April 13th to 17th, 2026, the globally renowned TUBE & WIRE 2026 trade fair will be held at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center in Germany. NCS Testing Technology Co., Ltd. has been invited to participate, with its booth located at J02-1 in Hall 6. At the event, the company will showcase several of its independently developed non-destructive testing instruments and equipment, discussing technological trends and exploring industry cooperation with global industry peers.

The 2026 TUBE & WIRE trade fair in Germany is about to open, bringing together leading companies in the global pipe, wire, and processing equipment industries to discuss the technological integration of materials processing and quality inspection. NCS will showcase its advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, providing quality assurance solutions for key processes in pipe production, engaging in in-depth exchanges with global peers, and helping the industry leap from manufacturing to quality manufacturing. We expect this exhibition to further promote the collaborative innovation of NDT technology and pipe processing technology, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the global pipe industry.
Currently, NCS's automated NDT systems are widely used in many countries and regions, including South Korea, India, Thailand, Indonesia, and Egypt. Based on this global service experience, we look forward to engaging in in-depth exchanges and creating value together with more domestic and international customers on the international stage of TUBE & WIRE. From April 13th to 17th, NCS invites you to Düsseldorf to witness the bright future of intelligent inspection and lean manufacturing in the pipe industry!

The following instruments and equipment will be showcased by NCS:
① Rotary ultrasonic non-destructive testing system: For internal defect detection in pipes and bars, it can simultaneously identify longitudinal, transverse, oblique, and delamination defects in pipes and measure thickness, as well as perform longitudinal and transverse wave oblique incidence detection in bars. Among these, the developed ф380mm large-diameter ultrasonic rotating head combines high performance with high cost-effectiveness, precisely meeting the needs of both domestic and international markets.

② Ultrasonic Eddy Current Combined Non-destructive Testing System: NCS has launched an ultrasonic eddy current combined flaw detection system that deeply integrates two complementary testing technologies: eddy current and ultrasound. A single device can simultaneously complete full-dimensional inspection of surface, near-surface, and internal defects in pipes and bars. No secondary loading and unloading is required, and multiple machines need not be connected in series, truly achieving "one-pass, comprehensive detection."

③ Phased array ultrasonic non-destructive testing system: Phased array technology has stable performance, high detection sensitivity, and significant overall cost advantages, making it a popular product solution. This system can achieve high-sensitivity online rapid automatic testing of bars, plates, pipes, and other structural components. NCS has a wealth of successful cases and an industrialized sales system in the field of phased array technology, and this product has also shown promising development prospects in domestic and international markets.

④ Gantry-type ultrasonic non-destructive testing system: Developed and built to meet the special testing needs of heavy, large-diameter pipes, it can comprehensively inspect pipes with a maximum diameter of ф1500mm, covering the identification and thickness measurement of various internal defects (longitudinal, transverse, oblique, and delamination). It supports multiple layout configurations and can use conventional or phased array probes. This is a highly customized non-destructive testing solution provided by NCS for domestic and international enterprises.

⑤ Complex Curved Surface Immersion Ultrasonic Automated Non-Destructive Testing System: A single device integrates multiple scanning modes, working with a robotic arm and a three-axis platform to cover edges, grooves, cavities, and other areas, with no blind spots across the entire surface. The probe posture supports dynamic adjustment, accurately matching the normal of any curved surface, quickly reaching any area of the workpiece, achieving large-area coarse positioning and adaptive alignment of the curved surface posture. It also features multi-angle rotation and height adjustment functions to adapt to different workpiece clamping requirements and the posture adjustment of irregularly shaped workpieces. The system supports A/C scanning dual-mode real-time imaging, with strip + ring dual C scanning modes accurately matching different workpieces.

⑥ Multifunctional Micro-Magnetic Non-Destructive Testing Instrument for Mechanical Properties: Micro-magnetic non-destructive testing technology utilizes the multidimensional magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials and the inherent correlation between microstructure, residual stress, and macroscopic mechanical properties to achieve evaluation of microstructure uniformity and quantitative non-destructive testing of mechanical properties and residual stress. Micro-magnetic non-destructive testing technology overcomes the limitations of traditional "sampling destruction" testing methods, and can directly perform quantitative testing of various performance indicators such as surface hardness, hardened layer depth, yield/tensile strength, plastic deformation, residual stress, and impact energy on steel plates, steel pipes, gears, bearings, crankshafts, and vehicle body structural components.
