From April 15 to 19, 2024, the 20th International Tube & Wire Trade Fair (Tube&Wire2024) was held in Düsseldorf, Germany, a global exhibition city. The event attracted 2,731 companies from 64 countries and regions. Representatives from NCS’s German subsidiary and the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Division attended the exhibition.

The trade fair showcased the latest developments in the international tube and wire industry, including products, manufacturing processes, testing technologies, tools, and auxiliary materials. In the field of non-destructive testing, renowned international companies participated, and NCS, as a well-known domestic enterprise in the field of automated NDT equipment for tubes and bars, made a grand appearance.

The NDT Division displayed the latest achievements in automated ultrasonic, eddy current, and micromagnetic NDT equipment. Among them, the NCSRo ultrasonic rotary system and the NCS-PAUT ultrasonic phased array testing equipment garnered particular attention from tube and bar manufacturers. Live demonstrations of micromagnetic NDT instruments and the ultrasonic rotary device’s wireless signal transmission coupling device attracted interest from customers in China, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Brazil, India, and other countries and regions.

Through this exhibition, we gained a close understanding of the current state, trends, and customer needs in the international tube industry. We also engaged in extensive communication with many participating companies, laying a solid foundation for future international market cooperation and the further international promotion of our NDT equipment.
