At a time when the entire Party is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, deepening education on the Central Eight-Point Regulation, and commemorating the 90th anniversary of the Zunyi Conference, the Party Committee of NCS organized a special training program from May 24 to 26 in Zunyi, the "revolutionary holy land and city of historic turning point".
Led by Yang Zhigang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, the initiative aimed to preserve revolutionary heritage, gather momentum for progress, and enhance the political literacy, leadership capabilities, and integrity awareness of grassroots Party branch secretaries.
Participants attended a special lecture on "The Spirit of the Zunyi Conference and the Path to Strengthening Party Members’ Ideals and Convictions." Through studying the unyielding faith, pragmatic approaches, and independent spirit embodied by the revolutionaries, they drew strength for the "Long March of the New Era."
The delegation paid tribute at the Red Army Martyrs’ Cemetery on Red Army Hill, offering floral tributes to the Red Army Martyrs’ Monument. They listened to the tale of 'Red Army Bodhisattva' Long Siquan and honored Comrade Deng Ping and other martyrs who perished in the Zunyi Campaign. Key historic sites, including the Zunyi Conference Site, Zunyi Conference Memorial Hall, and the Gouba Conference Site, deepened their understanding of this "Great Turning Point" in Party history.

A screening of "How the Eight-Point Regulation Transformed China"
Group study of "Achievements and Lessons in Upholding the Eight-Point Regulation Since the 18th Party Congress"
A keynote lecture by Zhang Xingyi, former Director of Education at Zunyi Party School, on "Studying Xi Jinping’s Key Discourses on Full-Party Self-Governance and Implementing the Eight-Point Regulation"
These sessions reinforced discipline, ensuring a resilient work ethic to drive breakthroughs in core technologies and major scientific achievements, bolstering the company’s mission to become a world-class scientific enterprise.
This journey to Zunyi was not merely a retrospective on revolutionary history but a profound reaffirmation of original mission.
